Ask FileMaker why the Quick Find tool shows all results that are related to one Record, which has the found word in it.

searched for “Carol”, as she’s part of the United Synagogue Relationship, the results showed 337(!) records. Solution can be found here.

Ask FileMaker what is the conventional Wildcard in v12, since when you press find and put in a "wildcard" it does not "show all" the record on the database. Answer: “@”.

Value List that has "Today's Date" as an option

I have a Value List that is connected to the Field "Arrived" and has the following Values:

1. Not Yet
2. Not Applicable

How can I add a third option "TODAY'S DATE" that when selected will enter the current date in this Field?

Ask FileMaker why when I clicked on the Save as PDF Icon it bombed out on me?

This happened again but now I had a Found Set containing only one Record and I selected Print only Current Record.

Solution:
I restarted the Windows PC Workstation and it now works fine
