Dissect Address and Populate Fields

01/11/2013 MS: Ask FileMaker how to Shift Data from one Field to another, i.e. if the Address Field is blank and there’s an address in Address2 Field, how to Cut and Paste all these bits of text throughout multiple Records.

Portal Design Problems

When I add a Tab to an existing Tab Layout (inside another Layout), the Tab Header doesn't change colour.
When I place Fields onto a Tab, they're oftentimes hidden - why?
Some newly placed Fields appear in all Tabs, why?
Why isn't it easily possible to show all the Fields in the Portal?
It shows a blank Record in the Portal!
I tried solving the problem by copying the exact measurements of other Portals in other Tabs on the same Layout:
Distance from Top and from Left of the Tab, Portal size, Field size, Font size - still not solved!
