Relationships between Records / Record Sets:

Q. Should a Landlord/Company be given a absolute Company-Type value only, or should you be able to give it a Company-Type in relation to it’s association to another company.

In short: should a company be able to be one type in relation to one company and another type in relation to another company?

A. Any Record should have be able to associate to many Relationships.

Example: A Letting Agent Record is associated with a:
- Property Record (Letting Agent->Property), whilst also being associated with a
- Managing Agent (Letting Agent->Managing Agent), at the same time as being associated with a
- Owner (Letting Agent->Owner),
- Housing Association (Letting Agent->Housing Association) and
- Local Authority (Letting Agent->Local Authority) or even
- another Letting Agent (Letting Agent->Letting Agent).
