Feature:

If a reminder is snoozed more than three times, escalate it to a higher priority level, increase the fornt size and change the colour intensity with each reoccurrence then show alert message like: "It seems you need to do this but cannot find the time, why not delegate this to a colleague or find overtime?"

Instead of tackling a project head on for as long as it takes, allocate time-slots of an hour or less so that you know that for the next couple of days you're going to work on it in piecemeal fashion 
This way you have time for smaller things or things that have been waiting a long time. 
If operator fails to react, escalate it automatically to line manager/s.
