FileMaker does not conform with the Windows Key Combination when the User presses the Window Button and the 'M' key on the keyboard: it doesn't minimize itself like other Windows applications.

FileMaker should improve the Import Records facility: When the Import Records dialogue shows only three Fields to be imported from an Excel Source File, the other Fields (that have no corresponding data in the Source Excel File Columns) should not be ticked with an arrow!

By not warning about this, all Records are 'blanked out' with the non-existent data (basically the empty Cells) in the Source Spreadsheet!

One way to (maybe...) mitigate this problem is to ensure that the Source File has Column Headers aka Filed Names and then if the User ticked the box "Don't import the first Record (contains field names), this could have been prevented.

Problem in FileMaker, when trying to add a file path, the following message appears: "a number, text, constant, field name or "(" (as in “a bracket”) is expected here" -mail "open url" (Solution: it should have had quotation marks at both ends, another backslash before the two backslashes at the beginning of the file path and the file extension needs to be added manually – in this case “.pdf” – as follows: "\\\Main_Server\Documentation\Shared\ CERTIFICATION\User_Manual_vII.pdf".

Also, when the quotation marks are missing from the end of the file path, the following message appears: “This text constant does not end with a quotation mark”.

If a record cannot be found (i.e. it was never entered = a new contact) there should be a Button "New" in the Find Address / Tel/eMail Window, so that we can immediately enter the details of the new Contact
