For dedupes: Business Rules and Data Integrity - From the simple formatting of phone numbers or emails, to complex rules describing the specific conditions under which records are to be created, modified or deleted, each organization has its own unique set of rules that govern how its data must be handled
Q. System Rule: Can you make a Rule that if there are Jobs in a Contact Record, that the Record cannot be deleted?
A. Humm, I'll have to look into this. This will probably be interlinked to the implementation of permission/ access rights.
Q. System Rule: If a Contact Record has no Properties Record, the Orders Tab should not show - is this possible?
If it is and I'm making you completely meshuge, then this should apply throughout the system please.
A. I can hide the entire Tab control, I cannot hide individual Tabs, and I wouldn't recommend hiding the entire Tab control for anyone who does not have Properties Associated to him, because if 'Company A' does not have Properties you'll not have a way to associate company staff to him.
