Customised Priority Level

Date:  18/11/2009 RFC #  257 The Priority Level should not be based solely on the number of days passed; it should be a combination of: Days Passed, Level of Importance (Emergency, Urgent, High Priority, Low Priority, Long Term etc. and perhaps Type of Job (Dangerous/Gas/Electricity), Compliance (EPC/Gas/Electircity), Improvements (Building, Other)
