Answer: Change the Data Formatting in the Inspector to "As Entered".
Q. How can we Merge two Records that belong to the same Person?
We can take the information found in Record 2 that doesn't appear in Record 1 and paste it into Record 1, we can then delete all duplicate data found in Record 2, together with the whole Record number 2.
A. It's something which is probably possible, but I'll need some time to work it out.
